Rocri s.n.c. delivers all over the world and depending on location we use several express couriers.
At the time of shipment Rocri srl will send by email a code for tracking.
Goods travel at buyer's risk, Rocri srl is not responsible for theft or loss or damages since the goods leave the warehouse, the customer may purchase insurance to cover the value of the goods during the order.
The coverage of the goods' value has an exemption of 10% with a minimum of 27,00 euro.

The approximate shipping time for available items is 1 working day for main Italy, 2-3 working days for Italian islands and remote locations.
The approximate shipping time for available items are 3 working days for main Europe.

Orders paid by paypal and credit card are generally shipped the next business day, if possible, orders will be shipped the same day.
For payments made by bank transfer, we will ship when the money transfer is checked.

The invoice refers to the data provided by the Customer and the invoice will be contained in the package.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
-That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
-That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier, writing SUBJECT TO INSPECTION on the courier documents.
